Dara Nappen King has been involved in most facets of commercial real estate since 1989.  Licensed in Pennsylvania since 2008, Dara has years of hands-on training in commercial real estate brokerage, including land acquisition, development, marketing, lease negotiation, construction, project management and more.  Dara has a keen eye for detail.  Her experience and eye make her a true resource for all Nappen Realty Services clients.

Dara is a 1995 graduate from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Marketing degree and holds an associate’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Photography.  In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, Dara also maintains her 107 Part-B Drone pilot license which allows her to operate a drone and take aerial pictures and video.  She has a broad background in marketing, photography, and real estate operations.  All of these skills align perfectly to bring prospects the skills needed to market and/or find the perfect space. 

Charity is very important to Dara; she has been directly involved with multiple organizations, holding board positions, and capturing their event photography. Much of this work is donated to help the causes further their objectives.  Dara has three children, two dogs and a very busy lifestyle.  She enjoys being with family and friends. Dara also has a great love of nature, traveling and kayaking. When not otherwise engaged, Dara is working on her golf game and enjoys being a member of Philadelphia Cricket Club with her partner.
