Allan Nappen is the President and Broker of Record of Nappen Realty Services, Inc. Allan has been a Pennsylvania licensed real estate broker since 1998. Additionally, Allan is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations. In addition, Allan is the Chief Operating Officer of Nappen & Associates, a developer, owner and manager of industrial real estate in the Philadelphia suburban areas.

With Allan’s varied and extensive business and personal background, he has a broad and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities confronting businesses. By drawing on his experience in marketing of properties, working with contractors in new construction and retrofit of existing buildings and working with governmental and quasi-governmental entities, legal, financial/banking and insurance professionals, Allan has the ability to provide real world experience and insight to assist his co-workers and clients that is unparalleled by many people in the industry. Allan descends from a long line in real estate and business entrepreneurs, whose word was their bond and Allan continues that history; accomplishing this by never over promising a goal, but actually over delivering a result.

Allan is a graduate of The George Washington University, where he obtained his BBA with a concentration in Finance in 1991 and his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development in 1993. While at The George Washington University, Allan was inducted as a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society. Allan also is a 1997 graduate of Rutgers University of Law-Camden.

Allan was a past member of the Board of Directors of Bank & Trust Company of Old York Road and its holding company, Old York Road Bancorp, Inc., where he participated in the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Compliance Committee, Real Estate Committee, and Trust Committee, and was appointed Interim President of the bank.

Allan is very involved in many community activities. He was a former member of the Montgomery Township Transportation Task Force and is a current member of the Montgomery Township Finance Committee and Montgomery Township Business Development Committee. Allan is also a member of his homeowner association’s Architectural Review Committee. In Addition, Allan was a long-time volunteer for United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia & Vicinity, raising record-setting funds as Auction Co-Chair with his wife for the organization’s annual Fantasy Auction.

Allan enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. Allan and his family’s favorite travel destinations are Walt Disney World or anywhere they can arrive via cruise ship. Allan is a car buff and enjoys driving his American muscle cars when weather permits. When not working, traveling or driving, Allan enjoys working on his smaller construction projects, Legos, which are on display in his office.

With diverse commercial real estate experience acquired from leading organizations such as BET Investments, Grubb & Ellis, Rouse & Associates/Liberty Property Trust, and Reynolds Metals Development Company, David is highly skilled in all commercial real estate contracts, financial analysis, and deal structuring. Based upon his integrity and dedication to hard work, David has always placed his client’s goals and best interests first. This uncompromising value and focus has resulted in developing a list of loyal customers which he continues to serve and support.

David is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a MBA – Finance & Real Estate and a BS in Forest Science. His community involvement includes Board of Directors positions with Eagleville Hospital and United Cerebral Palsy Association of Philadelphia. David was a former Planning Commission Member with Abington Township, Montgomery County, PA. He resides in Glenside and together with his wife and two daughters they enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities including operating the family’s farm in Bucks County.

Lisa Hunn Barber

Ms. Barber serves as General Counsel to Nappen Realty Services, Inc. She previously was the Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Brandywine Realty Trust, a position she held for over twelve years. Prior to her roles as in-house counsel, she was an associate in the law firms of Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley (1993-1996) and Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP (1996-1999). Ms. Barber has extensive experience in commercial real estate from both the landlord and tenant perspectives. Having worked directly for property owners for the past sixteen years she is well versed in all aspects of buying, selling, leasing and financing real property, as well as dealing with the day to day issues which arise.

In 2008, Ms. Barber was recognized by Real Estate Forum Magazine as a Woman of Influence and was also recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics for the years 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009 (prior to the exclusion of in-house counsel from the publication).

Ms. Barber is a 1993 Magna Cum Laude graduate from Widener University School of Law, where she served as research editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and Wolcott Fellow for Justice Randy Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. Ms. Barber graduated Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Delaware. She is also licensed by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as the Associate Broker of Nappen Realty Services, Inc.

Ms. Barber resides in Worcester, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. She is an avid tennis player, novice golfer and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Wesley H. Nappen

Wesley Nappen is working as an intern of Nappen & Associates. In this role, he will be assisting the staff in all day-to-day activities, in order to experience all aspects of the business.

Wesley recently graduated Cum Laude from Temple University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Through his hard work and dedication to furthering his education, Wesley was inducted into The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Delta Rho Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Honor Society and the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.

Wesley was presented with the Temple University Department of Political Science Outstanding Capstone Paper Award for his paper, “The Future of Ocean Governance: An Analysis of the Maritime Dispute in the South China Sea”. Wesley also presented his paper at the 2019 Temple University Symposium for Undergraduate Research and Creativity. Additionally, his paper was chosen to be published in the Spring 2019 edition of Perceptions, the Temple University Undergraduate History and Social Sciences Association Journal.

Wesley has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2017.

Wesley also is a TIPS certified bartender, licensed since 2015, and enjoys keeping those skills polished for friends and family at social events.

Wesley enjoys traveling, whether it is to Florida, the Caribbean by way of cruises, Alaska, Canada, and Europe. Wesley is a huge Disney fan and has been since a very young age. It was his experiences at Walt Disney World that introduced him to his other great love, movies from all time periods and genres. After multiple trips to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and riding on The Great Movie Ride, Wesley made it a point to view every movie spotlighted on the ride. Finally, Wesley is an avid scholar of history in his free time.
